Your file is parsed in memory and discarded on completion.
One statement or up to 25, straight from net banking. Scans and phone photos work too — those go through a page reader instead of the text layer.
Every file gets a preview: the parsed transactions, the totals, and whether the running balance reconciles. If a row looks wrong, you see it here, before paying.
Pay by UPI or card and download a zip with Excel, CSV and Tally XML for every statement. No second purchase to switch formats later.
Most converters stop at a spreadsheet. Accountants do not want a spreadsheet — they want a file their software swallows without a fight.
Formatted, filterable sheet with a totals row, correct number formats, and a second tab recording what was read from where.
Plain, UTF-8 with a byte order mark so Excel opens Indian names and the rupee sign without mangling them. Import into anything.
Payment and Receipt vouchers ready for Tally's daybook import. Name your bank ledger and suspense ledger and it lands where you expect.
We read the bank from the statement header and apply its column positions. Where a layout is unfamiliar the parser falls back to reading the table geometry — and tells you how confident it is.

Also State Bank of India, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Punjab National Bank, Canara Bank, IDFC FIRST Bank, YES Bank, IndusInd Bank, Union Bank of India, Federal Bank, RBL Bank, DCB Bank, Bandhan Bank, AU Small Finance Bank, Equitas Small Finance Bank, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, Citibank India, HSBC India, Standard Chartered — and any statement whose table we can read.
Your PDF is held in memory for the few seconds it takes to parse, then dropped. There is no upload folder and no database of statements.
We only ever see the PDF you choose to upload. We never ask for net banking credentials, OTPs, or read-only account access.
Where a statement carries an account number, we show only the last four digits back to you.
Card and UPI details go to Razorpay directly and never touch our servers. We receive only a payment confirmation.
Everything else in this category starts with a monthly plan. If you convert a handful of statements a quarter, you should not be paying for a month you barely use.

Talk to usPriced in slabs, like a tax table — each statement is charged at the rate for its position, so one more always costs less than the last.
Past roughly thirty statements a month, per-file pricing stops being the cheap option. At that volume a monthly rate is better value — ours or someone else’s. Write to us and we will set one up rather than let you overpay by the file.
Because most people converting a bank statement do not need one. Subscriptions suit firms processing hundreds of files a month; they are poor value for a business owner reconciling a quarter, a freelancer at tax time, or anyone with a single statement to deal with. Charging by the statement means the price matches the job. If your volume grows past about thirty a month, write to us and we will arrange a monthly rate.
No. There is no signup, no email required, and no card stored. Upload the PDF, check the rows, pay, download, close the tab. Nothing about you is kept afterwards because there is no account to keep it in.
No. The PDF is processed in memory and discarded as soon as the conversion finishes. We do not keep the file, the parsed rows, or a copy of the output. Closing the tab is enough to remove every trace from your side too.
For statements with a proper text layer, we rebuild the table from the exact position of every figure, then check the result against the statement's own running balance. If the balances do not reconcile we tell you so instead of quietly handing you a wrong file. Always check the output against your original before filing or reconciling.
Yes. Drop up to 25 PDFs in together, check each one's rows, pay once, and they come back as a single zip. The per-statement price falls as the batch grows — 25 statements work out at about ₹29 each rather than ₹49. If you process more than a hundred a month, write to us and we will arrange a monthly rate instead.
It will very likely still work. The bank list only helps us apply known column positions; where the bank is unfamiliar the parser reads the table geometry directly. You will see the parsed rows before paying, so you can tell immediately whether it worked.
It produces standard Payment and Receipt vouchers for Tally's daybook import. You choose the bank ledger name and the suspense ledger that the contra side lands in, so you can reallocate entries the way you normally would.
Open it in any PDF reader, save an unlocked copy, and upload that. We deliberately do not accept passwords — asking you for one would be exactly the habit we do not want to teach.
Upload it, read the rows we pulled out, and decide from there. Nothing is charged until you ask for the file, and nothing recurs afterwards.
