Terms of service

PayPerStatement converts a bank statement PDF that you upload into a spreadsheet or accounting import file. It is a file conversion tool. It is not an accounting service, an audit, or financial advice.

You confirm that you are entitled to upload and process the statement you provide — that it is your own, or that you have the account holder’s permission to handle it.

We work hard to read statements correctly and we check the extracted figures against the statement’s own running balance where one is printed. Even so, conversion is not guaranteed to be perfect: layouts vary, scans are imperfect, and some statements are ambiguous.

You must check the converted file against your original statement before relying on it for filing, reconciliation, or any other purpose. PayPerStatement is provided on an “as is” basis and we accept no liability for losses arising from errors in a converted file.

Conversions are charged at ₹49 per statement, payable before the file is released. Prices are in Indian rupees and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

Do not use PayPerStatement to process documents you have no right to, to attempt to disrupt the service, or to automate bulk conversions without prior agreement. We may decline or discontinue service where we reasonably believe it is being misused.

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change over time.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
